1. What we hold
When you connect a Facebook Page to ClaiStore, we store an encrypted access token for that Page, plus the Page's id and name, so your site can read and publish posts to it. We do not store your Facebook password, and we do not currently request access to Instagram accounts, ads, leads, product catalogs, or Page comments / Messenger conversations for new connections — see Meta Platform Data in the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
2. Delete it yourself, right now
Two self-service options, depending on how much you want to remove:
- Disconnect just the Facebook connection — in your WordPress site, go to ClaiStore → Channels and click Disconnect on the Meta card. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored access token for that Page.
- Delete your whole ClaiStore account — sign in at claistore.com/my-account, open Profile, and use Delete account in the Danger Zone. This disconnects every site linked to your account (including any Facebook connections), cancels any active subscription, and erases the account record. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
3. Remove ClaiStore's access from Facebook directly
You can also revoke ClaiStore's access from Facebook's own side at any time: go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Business Integrations, for a Page managed through Business Manager), find ClaiStore, and remove it. This revokes the token on Meta's side immediately; we still recommend also disconnecting in ClaiStore → Channels so the (now invalid) stored token is cleared from our side too.
4. Prefer to ask us directly?
Email privacy@claistore.com from the email address on your ClaiStore account (or from a domain you control, naming the site's host name), and ask us to delete your Meta connection data or your account. We'll act on verified requests ourselves — you don't need to do anything else once you've sent it.
5. What happens next
- Self-service disconnection or account deletion: immediate.
- Email requests: actioned within 30 days of a verified request.
- Once deleted, the encrypted access token and Page identifiers are gone from our systems. We don't keep a separate copy of Meta Platform Data outside what's described in section 1 — see Retention in the Privacy Policy for how long other account and operational records are kept.
